The Market Manager manages all aspects of the assigned channel(s) within the territory, working closely with their Corsair counterparts and Distributor teams, to deliver short-term results and build long-term brand value.  Key pillars of the position include: Distributor Management, Brand Building, Pricing Management, P&L Management, Supply Chain & Compliance and Coaching & Mentoring.  Success in the position will deliver (or over-deliver) against defined annual goals and drive exceptional growth of the Corsair core brands including Triple Smoke, Gin, BAG, Ryemageddon, TN Single Malt and Wildfire. The Market Manager will also play a key role (acting as State Lead) supporting the Area/Region Manager and working in close collaboration with the distributor partner to shape the business in their territory.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Understand the strategic direction for the assigned territory across relevant channels and segments.

  • Clearly communicate the Strategic Direction and Corsair priorities to Distributor Sales Teams. Instil belief and create buy-in throughout distributor teams

  • Work effectively with Sales/Marketing and Operations to deliver against the Strategic Imperatives of the organization, delivering exceptional in market results.

  • Understand how to optimize allocation of Corsair and Distributor resources (including local A&P and T&E) against portfolio brand standards within the assigned territory.

  • Work closely with BA’s and local distillery personnel to optimize market penetration/coverage.

  • Help deliver yearly profit growth while simultaneously growing brand equity

  • Facilitate support brand’s delivery in assigned territory

  • Cultivate new opportunities for a strong core business

  • Assist in building Corsair’s reputation as a recognized leader in the beverage industry by key

  • 4+ years’ experience in a fast growing FMCG environment, Beverage Alcohol Industry experience is highly desirable

As a bartender we deliver high quality craft cocktails good enough to be voted one of the top 10 places in Nashville to grab a drink. As a tour guide your job is to teach these cocktail consumers about what goes in them - our grain-to-glass, small batch, craft spirits. 

tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible for learning about the company history, products, distillation/brewing processes, craft spirits, beer, and cocktail bartending

  • Appropriate alcohol service, money and key handling

  • Contribution and innovation towards new cocktail menus

Brewstillery & Headquarters Full time position

We are looking to hire a full time packaging technician. This is an hourly, entry level position.

tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist with operating the bottling line including filling, labeling and packaging

  • Assist with order fulfillment, quality control and inventory management of packaging supplies

  • Assist with barrel filling, decanting and bulk spirit transfers

  • Warehousing, including loading and unloading shipments inbound and outbound

  • Utility production work: cleaning parts, floors, tanks, pumps, hoses as instructed

  • Basic record keeping

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Previous experience in a brewery, distillery or other industrial environment preferred but not mandatory

  • Basic knowledge of safety precautions and practices 

  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Self motivation and a strong ability to multi-task

  • A passion for craft spirits, with a dedication to our core values and beliefs  

  • Forklift experience and training preferred 

Physical Requirements
